Summary
This tip is for anyone printing PDFs from Xtender using pdfFactory Pro.
Sometimes when you create a PDF with pdfFactory Pro, the image looks grainy -- even though the original looked good in Xtender. You can adjust the settings in pdfFactory to improve the look of those PDFs.
How-To
Task: Improve the quality of PDFs by using pdfFactory Pro.
Instructions
Step 1 - Open the Devices and Printers control panel
Step 2 - Right-click the PDF_Factory_Pro on baxter printer icon
Step 3 - Select Printing preferences
Step 4 - Click the Graphics tab
Step 5 - Unselect the Downsample monochrome images checkbox
Step 6 - Unselect the Downsample color images checkbox
Step 7 - Select the Use JPEG compression checkbox, and slide the slider bar to 95
Step 8 - Click the OK button to save your changes.
Outcome
You should be able to improve the quality of PDFs by using pdfFactory Pro.
