Summary
This article is for any DIG coordinator responsible for verifying their courses are all set and ready to be surveyed. It will provide filters you can use in order to find courses meeting specific criteria to help you understand what courses may still need attention.
How-To
Task: Using the filter combinations below, identify courses that may need attention prior the DIG closing
Always remember to mark your courses as Reviewed = Yes
Filter Option #1
Does the course have a faculty member associated to it?
- Evaluate=yes
- Instructor enrollment <1 or 0
Filter Option #2
Review cross listings to be sure each is done correctly (main course is cross listed with itself and other courses are cross listed with the main course)
- Cross listed ID is not empty
- You will need to check that cross listings are correct
- Sort cross listed id ascending:

- In the screen shot above, 202150-53320 is correctly cross listed with itself (it becomes the parent) and the other course (child) is cross listed back to the parent course 202150-53320
Filter Option #3
All courses should be marked as Reviewed = Yes once fully complete with your DIG process. This allows the admins to know if you have in-fact put eyes on the courses.
- Reviewed = No
- Evaluate = Yes
Outcome
Users now have some filters that when used may show courses that need attention prior to the DIG closing.
