Task: To locate the "check out" button in the project plan.
Instructions
The "Check Out" button is located in the upper-right hand corner of the plan. If you do not see the button, verify the following:
Step 1 - Was the plan previously checked-in? The "Check Out" button will not display if you previously forgot to "Check In" the plan:
1. Click on View Draft to view previous changes.
2. Click on Check In button to save previous changes.
Step 2 - Does your TeamDynamix account have a Project Manager role? If not, your account security role may need to be elevated:
1. Visit https://ams.usnh.edu to submit a TeamDynamix account modification request.
Outcome
The "Check Out" button will be displayed in the project plan.
