PrintSmart - Let Conway Office Solutions help with your departments printing needs.
USNH Purchasing has a campus agreement with Conway Office Solutions to provide multi-function devices, incorporating printing, scanning, faxing and photocopying functionalities, at an affordable rate to the UNH Campus. This service is managed by Printing and Mailing Services.
The PrintSmart service includes the purchase, maintenance, toner, and support/driver access. Departments pay for paper/per page for the use of the device.
UNH IT provides a central print server for PrintSmart enrolled devices, as well as Service Desk support for device issues.
PrintSmart is designed to facilitate cost savings as well as helping the University System go green. These savings include a reduction in device expenditure, and consumable costs.
