Task: To Generate Cloudpath/WiFi Applet Logs.
Instructions
Step 1 - Click the support menu "hamburger" icon in the upper left of the applet.
Step 2 - Select "Generate Support File" from the support menu.
Step 3 - The applet will generate the log files - this may take a few moments to complete.
Step 4 - Once complete, the file location of the generated log file will be noted at the bottom of the applet. Take note of this location to provide this file to support technicians.
Outcome
You have generated Cloudpath/WiFi Applet Logs.
