With each WebI Update, new features are released. The best way to find out what's new in WebI, or to find out more about an issue or error message you encounter, is to visit the WebIntelligence (WebI) Website.  There you'll find:

  • The latest news.
  • WebI Learning Resources, including Quick Guides, Videos, Knowledge Base Articles, and Hands-on Training Sessions.
  • Three New Features for Report Creators Demonstrations that were released to our Vimeo Channel  in December 2018. Each video is approximately 15 minutes long.
  • A five-minute WebI New Features video released in April 2016, provided information regarding helpful Report Reader features.
  • A link to Knowledge Base Articles about Common Issues and their Resolutions.
