Summary
This tip is for anyone using the web version of Xtender, and who has the security to delete documents from Xtender.
The ability to delete a document is not available to all users. If you do not have the appropriate security to delete documents, you will not be able to complete these steps.
If you wish to have a Finance document deleted, please submit a request to FAST using the following online support request page: https://td.usnh.edu/TDClient/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=113.
Note: Make sure that you intend to delete the entire document. If you only want to delete certain pages from the document, refer to this article in the Knowledge Base: Xtender: Delete a Page.

Task: Delete an entire document from Xtender
Instructions
- Open the document you wish to delete.
- Follow the menu path: Document >> Delete Document.
- A confirmation message will appear, asking "Are you sure you want to delete the document?". Click the Delete button.
- The document is deleted.
- Click through the acknowledgements.
Outcome
You should be able to delete an entire document from Xtender.
