Connecting to USNH Wireless on Linux

Summary

This article provides information on connecting to eduroam with an Ubuntu Linux Machine on USNH wireless.

 

How-To

Task: To connect your device to your campus eduroam wireless network.

 

Instructions

Step 1 - In the top right hand corner click on the wireless symbol and select eduroam:

 

Step 2 - Fill out the information as shown:

  • Security: WPA/WPA2 Enterprise
  • Authentication: PEAP
  • CA certificate: No ca certificate is required
  • Inner authentication: MSCHAPV2
  • Username: Your username@usnh.edu
  • Password: Your USNH password

 

Outcome

Your device is now connected to your campus eduroam wireless network.
