Instructions for faculty to access a list of their advisees.

Instructions

Step 1 - Navigate to the myPlymouth portal (my.usnh.edu)

Step 2 - Search for "Faculty Banner" in the top search bar

Step 3 - A new tab will open and bring you to the Faculty Banner menu

Step 4 - Click on the Advisee Menu link

Step 5 - Click on MY ADVISEES or MY ADVISEES (NO PICTURES).

Step 6 - If you have not yet selected the term for which you need advisor information,

• Click on the triangle in the box next to "Select a Term" to access the drop down menu.
• Click on the term in which your schedule is offered.
• Click on the "Submit" button to save your choice.

Step 7 - A list of your advisees is displayed.

Additional Options

To email your advisees click on the "email all advisees" link at the bottom of the page.

To return to the Faculty Services Menu, click on the "Faculty Services" link at the top of the window.

 

Outcome

You should be able to view a list of advisees.
