If an employee is unable to access UKG Dimensions to enter their time for a past pay period, or cannot get the hours worked into their timesheet in UKG in a timely manner to meet the payroll deadline, please complete the attached form (i.e., scroll down to see form on the bottom, right-hand side under "Attachments") and submit to foc.payroll@usnh.edu.
