Online and self-help services are available through WebCat. 

To Access WebCat Services: 

  1. Go to webcat.unh.edu 
  2. Sign in with your username@usnh.edu (like jbd2519@usnh.edu), password, and preferred MFA method.

 

WebCat for Current Students: 

 WebCat is available to all students enrolled in credit-bearing coursework. 

Services Available in WebCat: 

  • Register for courses 
  • Verify course selection and schedule 
  • Pay your bill 
  • Check your Financial Aid status 
  • See final grades 
  • Order an official transcript 

 

Look-up and Register for Courses: 

Use the CPS Online page to: 

  • Explore Degrees & Programs of Study 
  • View the Academic Calendar 
  • Find course details and other important information 
  • Search for courses  

Register for courses in WebCat using the following guide:   

 

Proof of Enrollment: 

To obtain proof of enrollment, which may be required for such things as student discounts, please complete the following steps: 

  1. Login to WebCat. 
  2. Select the “Registration” menu item. 
  3. Select the “Enrollment Verification” link. 
  4. Select the “Connect to the National Student Clearinghouse” link. 
  5. Select the “Obtain an Enrollment Certificate” link. 
  6. Save the PDF document to your OneDrive or computer. 

 

WebCat for Faculty: 

Faculty can log into WebCat following the instructions above and select the "Summary Class List" option to access the class roster, enter grades, and report student progress.  See the CPS Faculty Hub, for more information: 

 

Search for Student Advisor 

If a faculty member needs to contact a student’s advisor, WebCat can be used to find the advisor’s name. Use this guide:
