Summary
This article describes how to activate your USNH Adobe Creative Cloud license if you were already signed in with a previous Adobe account.
You may need to us this article if you are already signed in to an Adobe application or Adobe Creative Cloud on your desktop with a previous Adobe account. You will need to sign out of that and then sign in again with your USNH Company or School account to activate the current USNH Adobe license.
Your content should be automatically migrated, however if you have a problem please request support via the Desktop Support Request Form.

Task: To reactivate an Adobe license on your USNH-issued computer
Instructions
Step 1 - Sign out from Adobe Applications
In the top right corner of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app and/or Adobe Acrobat, click the colored circle image. In the drop-down menu that appears, click Sign out.
Step 2 - Sign in to Adobe Applications
In the top right corner of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app and/or Adobe Acrobat, click the colored circle image. In the drop-down menu that appears, click Sign In. At the Adobe login screen, enter your campus email address, usually of the form firstname.lastname@campus.edu (e.g. Jill.Doe@keene.edu, Jane.Doe@plymouth.edu, Jim.Doe@unh.edu, etc.).
Step 3 - Select Company or School Account if requested
Step 4 - At the Sign in Screen, enter your username@usnh.edu (fully qualified username), like jbd2519@usnh.edu and click "Next".
Step 5 -On the Password screen enter your USNH Password and click "Sign in", then verify your sign-in with multifactor authentication if required.
Outcome
You have successfully reactivated your Adobe license.
