Before you can create an Excel to Tableau Hyper Workflow, you must first have a SharePoint platform configured (by InfoBurst admins) for non-enterprise reports and documents available in the corresponding SharePoint Document Library. Task: Create an Excel to Tableau Hyper Workflow.
Instructions
Step 1 - Log in to InfoBurst
Step 2 - Navigate to the folder where the workflow will be stored
Step 3 - Click on the New button and select Workflow

Step 4 - Choose Excel to Tableau Hyper from the available options (you can use the blue Excel filter to limit the workflow list)*
*This option requires that you have a preconfigured SharePoint Site established for non-enterprise reports. Please submit a Data, Analytics, and Reporting Support ticket for this request.

Step 5 - Select the pre-configured SharePoint platform from the dropdown list and select Continue.

Step 6 - Navigate to the appropriate folder and select a document then Continue.

Step 7 - Choose a Tableau Project that you want your Excel file sent to (select the folder icon to see a list of available projects). Use / to separate parent and child folders.
Step 8 - Either type your file name or select the M icon to use a macro. [$DOCNAME] uses the document file name from infoburst.
Step 9 - Select Replace if you want to overwrite an existing file on a schedule.
Step 10 - Select First Row Headers if your file has headers.
Step 11 - Select a specific sheet if your workbook contains more than one.
Step 12 - Select Continue.
Outcome
You should be able to see and use the Hyper file in Tableau.
