Summary

As a result of the GSC-UNH merger, WebI reports containing UNH or GSC student information may have been impacted. The following article includes some common questions users may have regarding impacts of the merger on WebI reports.

Q1 - Where did the report I used to use go?

A1 - Where did the report I used to use go?

  • As part of the merger we are reviewing existing WebI reports and some reports are being retired. Following are some reports that have been retired and alternate reports that can be used in their place, where applicable:

A2 - Where can I find more information regarding the GSC-UNH Merger?

 

A3 - Why am I being asked to carefully check my reports after the merger?

  • UNH WebI Student reporting has been impacted by the Banner data migration required for the GSC-UNH Merger. Decisions were made during the merger planning process regarding what data would be included for GSC student records as well as how these students would be coded for both past and future records.
  • More time is needed to determine the impact to existing reports and reporting structures. We ask that you verify anything that appears different or unusual on your reports with another data source. If you identify an issue with report results or have further questions, submit a WebI support ticket through TDx with the details and an analyst will contact you to assist.

A4 - I am seeing selection choices when prompted for term, campus, level, etc. that I am not familiar with.

  • There are new codes for CPS values that have been applied to the converted data. Our New CPS Codes document contains some (not all) of the code changes.

A5 - Why am I not seeing any CPS Online (Campus 10) students on any UNH Student current term reports? 

  • The UNH Current term is Spring 202250. CPS Online Students will begin to show up on the current term reports once the Registrar’s office changes the current term to Fall 202310 in mid-June.

A6 - Am I still able to access and refresh GSC WebI Student Reports

  • Yes, the data on your GSC WebI reports is still being updated until the end of the GSC Spring Term.  After that time, GSC reports will still work but will reference static GSC Banner Student data once the "merger" is complete. Data NOT converted into UNH Student Banner will not be included in the UNH Reporting environment.

A7 - Why am I not seeing any historical registration data for CPS Online(Campus 10)?

  • GSC Registration data was not converted. You will begin to see registration data for terms 202270 and beyond.  The GSC WebI instance will still be available for historical registration needs.

A8 - I no longer have access to a WebI published report I previously used.

  • As part of the merger process, a review of existing reports was done, and some reports were retired. Look to see if there is an alternate report that may meet your need. If not, submit a WebI support ticket through TDx and we can help you determine if there is a comparable report you can use or if not, refer you to the correct source for additional information.

A9 - I have a custom report in my WebI inbox to which I would like to add CPS Online (Campus 10) or College of Professional Studies (College 12) data.

  • If this is the case, submit a WebI support ticket through TDx  and include the full name of the report with specific details including timeframe on when you would like to have this data included. We will contact you to obtain a copy of your report so that we can review and get back to you with additional questions. Note: Requests for reports changes are being reviewed and prioritized so new requests will be added to this list.
