Avaya IX Messaging Greetings and Out-of-Office Instructions

Avaya IX Messaging – Recording greeting

  1. You log into your voice mailbox via your phone. If you do not know your password, reset it at https://voicemail.usnh.edu. Choose the password reset box.
  2. Press 4 “Mailbox Options”
  3. Press 1 to “Record Your Greeting”
  4. Press 1 to “Record your personal greeting” followed by the #.
  5. After reviewing your greeting, press 1 to accept.

 

Out-of-office Instructions

It is easiest to re-record your greeting by the instructions above when wanting to have an out-of-office greeting and re-record again when you return.
