Summary
Note: The free service, known by names - "OrcaTV" or "Apogee TV" or "UNH TV" is being redesigned in-house by our own ET&S department. It will be rebranded Bulletin Board.
This service allows any faculty or staff member with USNH credentials to post content in particular regions of certain Digital Signs.
There are many locations on USNH campuses where Digital Signs signs are mounted.
Content
These displays have two regions, called Zones, which run "playlists" where users can upload content. The left side is the portrait panel or "portrait playlist" and the main panel or "landscape playlist" is the other.

Main Panel/Landscape Playlist
Supports animated advertisements such as videos, flash animations, or PowerPoint animations as well as flyers in landscape orientation.
Size = approximately 1120px by 630px
- All ads will be limited to 30 seconds
- Landscape oriented
- Submitted as PowerPoint, Flash (.swf), .wmv, .mov, .mpeg, .jpeg, .pdf, .bmp,
Side Panel/Playlist Panel
Supports static, non-moving advertisements in portrait orientation.
Size 720 px by 920 px
- Portrait Oriented
- Should be submitted as .jpeg, .pdf, .bmp, .gif, .png
- Font sizes of 32 or greater for legibility
- Display time of 15 seconds

A1 - How do I get my content uploaded?
Step 1 - Browse to https://www.usnh.edu/bulletin-board/#/login
Step 2 - Log In using your USNH Credentials
Step 3 - Select the Institution on whose Bulletin Board you would like to hang a message.
Step 4 - Read and Accept the guidelines if you accept them. No message can be posted without acceptance of the guidelines.
Step 5 - In the top left corner Click "Submit Ad"
Step 6 - Fill out the information on the next page.
Step 7 - Browse to the Graphic or Movie you would like to post.
Step 8 - Click Save
Note: In order for your sign to be displayed, you must agree to adhere to the guidelines.

A2 - When will my advertisement be displayed and for how long?
Requests will be taken on a first come, first served basis and scheduled based on availability.
The ad MUST be submitted at least 3 working days prior to the preferred posting date. If advertisement is not received by the deadline, it is possible your ad may not run.
Ads may run for the maximum of ten (14) days but may not run past the event date.
