Issue:
I don't know where to find published reports in WebI. Where are published WebI reports found?
Resolution:
Published reports are located in the Documents tab in the section on the left called "Folders". To get to the published reports you have access to, follow these steps:
- Log into Webi
- Select the "Documents" tab near the top left of the screen.
- On the left you will see options for My Documents (which contains the My Favorites folder and your Inbox), Folders (which contains published reports), Categories, Recycle Bin, and Search. Select "Folders".
- If this is your first time in WebI, "Folders" will appear toward the bottom of the left side of the screen as the default is to open the "My Documents" accordion when you click on the "Documents" tab. If you follow the instructions in the BI LaunchPad Quick Start Steps, it will default to opening the "Folders" accordion.
- Click the plus sign (+) to expand the folders and subfolders. Click on the folder to see the reports you have access to.
