Issue:
Report prompts are listed in the wrong order in the Advanced Prompt window
Cause:
Report creator has not set the prompt order for each data provider
Resolution:
The order of prompts in the Advanced Prompt window is controlled by the report creator.
The creator can address this issue by doing the following:
- Open the report in Design mode and access the query.
- Open the query's properties and set the prompt order. If there are multiple data providers (queries) for one WebI report, the creator must set the prompt order for each data provider or the prompts will be out of order.
If your prompts are out of order, you can contact the report creator and ask that person to reorder the prompts.
