Issue:

The Send button is grayed out on the menu bar of an open WebI report.

Cause:
Expected function of WebI.

Resolution:
You cannot Send from within a report; you must do so from the Document tab. To send a report, follow these steps:

1. Click the Save icon on the report's menu bar.
2. Save the report within a My Favorites folder.
3. Go to the Documents tab and select the My Favorites folder you saved the report to, then select the report you saved in step 2 above.
4. On the Documents tab's menu bar, select Send, and then BI Inbox.
5. After choosing recipients and completing other necessary fields, click the Send button in the bottom right.
