This article will walk you through understanding the Crystal Reports section within WebI preferences.

Issue

I see a "Crystal Reports" section within Preferences.  When I click the Crystal Reports section, there are several options that I can adjust.  Does that mean that I can run Crystal Reports from WebI?

Resolution

Crystal Reports are not supported in WebI.  Access to Crystal Reports' Preferences section cannot be removed.  We recommend that you do not change the settings in the Crystal Reports section of Preferences.
