How can I save an article in My Favorites?
- You must log into the KB to save articles to My Favorites.
- To Add to Favorites - from the article viewing page, click the Add to Favorites button on the right.
- To Remove from Favorites - from the article viewing page, click the Remove from Favorites button on the right.
You can View your Favorites at the My Favorites link in the light color menu bar at the top of the Knowledge Base - https://td.usnh.edu/TDClient/60/Portal/KB/FavoriteArticles
How can I restrict access to the KB to USNH users only?
In some cases it may be necessary to restrict access to sensitive KB Information to USNH employees only. To do so would edit the article and click on the permissions tab. Uncheck the Inherit Permissions box and Uncheck the Public box. Choose the radio button titled Allow all individuals to view this article EXCEPT the associated groups below. Below the Add Groups area you will see a list of dozens of groups (ie. TDx Responsible groups, etc.). Check them all to select and click Delete. Click Save. you should then see a blue box indicating that no groups are currently associated with this article. Yes, This does feel counter intuitive .
