Task: To create and save a ticket without having to enter time.
Instructions:
TeamDynamix does not require users to enter time after creating a ticket. The green "Save" button should not be selected after creating a ticket unless you choose to add Time. The following options are available after creation of a new ticket:
Option 1 - Close the window as the ticket automatically saves.
Option 2 - Select Create another incident link.
Option 3 - Select View the incident you just created link.
Outcome
Creating a new ticket automatically saves without having to enter time.
