Scope of Article: This will provide information on what roles have permissions to view certain information within the Blue application

Accessing Blue reporting features
- To access reporting features log in to Student Experiences of Learning with your USNH credentials. Under tasks you will find the reports you have access to.
- Note that during open redaction windows, Dept Chairs, Assoc Deans and Deans are unable to see faculty reports. Reports are available to these persons after redactions are complete. Users will receive an email when Reports have been released to everyone.
Question Personalization (QP):
- If Faculty have added personalized questions to a survey, those questions are not visible to anyone but the instructor in reports. Deans and Chairs can not see responses to those questions.
