Task: To log into the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) email communication application
Instructions
Step 1 - Users can access the SFMC through the USNH Portal or Click on the following URL:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Step 2 - Log-in using your credentials which will be your USNH Username and password.
NOTE: As of January 26, 2022, Salesforce Marketing Cloud is now using Single Sign On using the Microsoft Authenticator app. Users will need to download and install the Microsoft Authenticator app in order to log into many USNH applications. Outcome
You are now logged into Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Communication.
