Content

The Speedgrader allows you to grade assignments, discussions and quizzes online.  You can access the speedgrader from several locations; assignments, grades area, and Dashboard. If you have setup a rubric for the assessment, the rubric will be available for you to use for grading.

The Speedgrader allows you to filter the student submissions by Course Section.  If the courses are combined, in the Speedgrader under the student's name, there is a drop down option to select the desired course section.  The default is for all students to appear in the list but if the filter has been used previously and not returned to the default setting, then it will persist until the user changes the filter.  This can be confusing to faculty who don't regularly use the Speedgrader with combined courses.
