Prior to completing your Faculty Activity Report it will be helpful to understand the requirements for your report as described by your Dean.
The information is available in the lower right of this page as attachments in a PDF or as an Excel. To use this document find the activity that you are entering in the left column and in subsequent columns will be where it should be entered from the home page of myElements.
