This article describes how a Dept Chair/Dean can return an assessment document back to faculty member for updates

Task: Returning assessment documents for updates
Instructions
When a faculty member moves their assessment document to dept review it becomes locked and cannot be edited. In the event that updates need to be made the reviewer will need to return the document to the faculty member.
Step 1 - Click Menu
Step 2 - Under Review Click Assessment Reviews
Step 3 - Click on Review Assessments
Step 4 - Click on Continue Review or Start Review for a faculty member
Step 5 - Click To Faculty Entry
Outcome
The Dept Chair/Dean can return an assessment document back to faculty member for updates
