Summary
This tip is for anyone who needs to log into Xtender.
Although it is accessed through the internet, Xtender is available only to USNH users who have the appropriate VPN and Xtender accounts.
How-To
Task: Log in to Xtender.
Instructions
- Log into the VPN.
- Browse to the USNH Portal > Support Links page: https://my.usnh.edu/pages/support-links
- Under USNH Gateway, choose Production Systems > Application Xtender Web Access and select the appropriate database.
- In the first drop-down field, confirm that the correct data source appears. Change, if necessary.
- In the User Name field, enter your user name.
Note: This is typically your ITID.
- In the Password field, enter your password,
Note: If you don't know your password, please contact the UNH IT Service Desk (603-862-4242).
- Click the Sign In button.
- ApplicationXtender opens.
Outcome
You should be able to log into Xtender.
