This includes laptops, desktops, and mobile dvices such as iPhones, iPads, etc. The mobile versions of iMovie are a little more limiting than the desktop/laptop alternatives but are capable of basic editing including splicing, voice overs, and combining clips. Davinci Resolve is a cross platform profesional video editing tool made available for Windows, Mac, and linux computers by BlackMagic. It offers a level of complexity and tools required to work in production environments. The free version has some limitations to the paid version, but none that will impede a high level of work.
