This article will discuss how a student will log into myCourses using their Admin credentials

Some tickets will require access to course information to acquire needed details.
NOTE: In order for this process to work properly you will need to log in as a Canvas Admin using a different browser. So if you use Chrome as your primary browser, log in to Canvas Admin using Firefox.
You will be logging in using an account created for you.
- (Your lastname)_admin
- PW- Emailed or ask App Admin
Using admin functionality
1. Log in to myCourses
2. Click Admin in navigation bar on left side of page (If you do not see Admin please inform a member of the App Admin team)
3. Click University of New Hampshire
4. Search for course by using the course information supplied in ticket
or
5. Search for person by clicking People and typing in the name supplied in the ticket
6. To impersonate a user search for the name either using the search feature or by going through the course stated in the ticket. Click on the name and click act as user. When you are acting as user a purple bar will appear at the bottom.
