How-To

Task: To export a calendar

Instructions

Step 1 - Open your USNH Email and sign in if required. 

Step 2 - Select the "Setting" icon on the top right

Step 3 - In the settings, select "Calendar" and then select "Shared calendars"

Step 4 - Select the calendar you intend to export and the appropriate permission level. Then select "Publish"

Step 5 - Click the ICS link, and select "Download"

Step 6 - Save your .ics file to an appropriate location.

 

Outcome

You have successfully exported your calendar.

Task: To import a calendar

Instructions

Step 1 - Open your USNH Email and sign in if required. Click the calendar icon on the left-hand side of your screen to go to the calendar section.

Step 2 - In the Microsoft 365 Outlook Calendar, select the "Add calendar" button on the left.

Step 3 - Select "Upload from file", then click "Browse" to locate your .ics file.

Note: If you don't have a .ics file, refer to How to export a calendar.

Step 4 - Choose which calendar you want to import into and select "Import"

Outcome

You have successfully imported a calendar.
