Task: To set up a Timestamp Server in Adobe Acrobat Pro

Instructions

Step 1 - Open Acrobat Pro

Step 2 - Click Edit -> Preferences

Note: On Mac, this is Acrobat Pro DC -> Preferences

Step 3 - Click Signatures under the Categories section

Step 4 - lick the More button in the Document Timestamping section

Step 5 -Select Time Stamp Servers

Step 6 - Click “New

Step 7 - Fill in the following information

  • Name: UNH Time Server
  • Server URL: nic.unh.edu

Step 8 - Click OK

Step 9 - Highlight the new Time Server and click Set as Default

Step 10 - Close the window using the ‘X’ in the upper-right corner

Step 11 - Close the Preference window​​​​​​​

 

Outcome

You have set up a timestamp server in Adobe Acrobat Pro.
