Faculty and TA access to evaluations in Blue
Task: To access survey progress and results as a faculty or TA
Instructions
- Instructors will receive an automated email notification five days prior to the start of Course Evaluations for the semester and reminders at the start of and during the survey period.
- Instructors will be able to access the Course Evaluations from the Blue link in the email or from the menu in any of their courses in Canvas. The menu item is called "Course Evaluations".
- NOTE: Instructors will also see "Course Evaluations" in the course menu. This is the Course Evaluations link for students only.
- NOTE: If you cannot see "Course Evaluations" link try opening another course by clicking on Courses - All courses. If it still does not show see Managing the Course Menu
Step 1 - Go to your Canvas login website: https://mycourses.keene.edu/
Step 2 - From the "Course Evaluations" course menu, instructors will have access to the following:
- Course Evaluation Tasks: View real-time course survey response rates.
- Course Evaluation Results: View course survey reports once results have been released.
Outcome
You should now be able to access your Course Evaluation information in Blue and see your completion rate information.
