Form 1095-C for 2025 is now available in Workday. Follow these steps to access your form:

1. Log in to Workday
2. Go to the Menu (top left corner) > Benefits and Pay > Benefits
3. Select ACA Forms
4. Click View/Print to download your 2025 1095-C Form

Save the PDF and print it if needed for your records.

Is there anything I need to do?

Per the current IRS guidelines, taxpayers do not need to wait for Forms 1095-C before filing income tax returns, as individuals are not required to send the form to the IRS, but should keep it with their tax records.
