Summary
If Company Portal does not show the correct applications or does not show any applications and it is a single user device, it is possible that the primary user of the device is set incorrectly.

Task: To Change the Primary User
To check and remedy this issue:
Instructions
Step 1 - Please log in to https://intune.microsoft.com with your admin account.
Step 2 - Start by selecting a device in Intune by typing in the device name or serial number (1), and then clicking on the device name (2).
Step 3 - Check to ensure the primary user is the correct one. If not, click on Properties.
Step 4 - Click “Change primary user” and enter the full name or username of the user you wish to change the primary user to. Make sure to click “Save”. Have the user sync their device to ensure that the primary user gets applied.
Outcome
The primary user of a device has been successfully changed.
