General Project Information
This project was completed on December 20, 2023, just before winter break.
- Shawn Budro, in the TDx Group: ET&S OBS - ESA Windows Systems Admin & Fileservices, is the ET&S contact who moved the data.

See Migration Updates below for information about specific folder moves.
Migration Information
Sample SharePoint Migration Email:
Most active users of this data were contacted directly by Melanie Gianferante to confirm and grant access to the SharePoint site(s). They should look for an email from Melanie. This is an example from Dec. 2023:

New SharePoint Site Locations:
This is a screen shot of how the new location is set up to begin with - you can see all the tabs across the top for each site. Click the image to see the full-size version of a screen shot of the CPSO-FS SharePoint site with a red box around the tabs at the top for specific content areas. Most of these content areas are listed on the Dec. 8, 2023, migration update below.

This section lists the new SharePoint URL corresponding to an old \\gsc-fs\ mapped drive location. The arrangement in SharePoint may not entirely match the list of existing mapped drives, but this is the plan. Note that only people with permissions will be able to open the SharePoint links. These links are provided for your information so we can assist customers if they have questions.

Support Information
If people are missing content, it has probably migrated, and they need to look in SharePoint instead of the old, mapped drives.
- Check for emails from Melanie Gianferante that will point the user to the right place. User should follow up on that email if necessary.
- A remote session will help to determine what might be going wrong if they have trouble with SharePoint. It uses the same SSO as Outlook email, OneDrive, etc.
