Microsoft Outlook may mark some TeamDynamix notification emails as junk emails. This article details how to prevent TeamDynamix notification emails from being marked as junk in Microsoft Outlook.

 

How-To

Task: To add TeamDynamix notification emails to the whitelist

Instructions

In Outlook Desktop Application:

Step 1 - Click Home

Step 2 - Click the Junk icon (Person with a blocked symbol)

Step 3 - Click Junk Email Options

Step 4 - Click the Safe Senders tab

Step 5 - Add the following email addresses:  notify.teamdynamix@unh.edu & notify@teamdynamixapp.com

Step 6 - Click OK to save your changes.

 

Outcome

TeamDynamix notification emails should no longer be marked as junk email.
