TeamDynamix Release Notes: TDx Version 11.9

Summary

TeamDynamix will be upgraded to Version 11.9 on Saturday, May 11th, 2024, during the regular maintenance window from midnight to 4:00 a.m.

The TeamDynamix Sandbox was refreshed and upgraded the night before, Friday, May 10th, between 9:00 PM and 4:00 AM.

What to expect in this release

User Enhancements

Communications Filter for the Feed

• Focuses on user communications and notes
• Users can set this as default in their profile settings

Email Signature Image Management

• Detects and blocks duplicate images
• Images will no longer appear as a ticket attachment

Update Date/Time Picker

• New drop-down style

General Service Enhancements

Notification Reminders for Workflow Steps

• Set recurring reminders (administrative action)

Personalized Signatures

• Users can set signatures in profile settings.

Task Templates

• "Remove all existing tasks" shut off by default

Scheduled Tickets

• Add multiple Assets/CIs to a scheduled ticket

Read-only Card Wall

• Share card walls with resources not assigned to the project

KB Article Review Date Notifications

• Default is 14 days before the review date
