This article contains instructions on how to submit an Account Management System (AMS) ticket to request or update Viewer Access to Department Level Blue Teaching Evaluation (TEV) Reports or to manage Data Integrity Gateway (DIG) liaisons. 

 

How-To

Task: To request or update Blue Teaching Evaluation (TEV) access through the Account Management System (AMS).

Instructions

Step 1 - Visit the Accounts Management System (AMS)  by going to: https://ams.usnh.edu/ 

Step 2 - Click Login to request account adds or changes. Sign in with your usual USNH account login.

Step 3 - In the blue “Make a Request” box select single account request in the black box for changes/updates for one individual

Step 4 - If the request is for yourself, click the dot by your name and proceed to Step 5.

  • Otherwise, click the dot by someone else, then go through the User Lookup tool to find the individual. Enter either their Username or USNH ID Number and click Find Employee Info to fill in the individual’s information on the request form. Required fields will become highlighted in red.

Step 5 - Select the College/Campus where this individual works.

Step 6 - Select the Account Type / Role this person should have (or already has) in Blue. Choices are:

  • TEV Coordinator – An individual who reviews courses for their college for Data Integrity Gateway (DIG) for evaluations. Select applicable courses from list.
  • TEV LiaisonA contact who represents the college and manages the TEV Coordinators for their college.
  • TEV Report Viewer - Dean
  • TEV Report Viewer - Dean Admin
  • TEV Report Viewer - Department Chair Identified as an "AU Leader" at PSU. Select applicable courses from list.
  • TEV Report Viewer - Department Admin – Select applicable courses from list.

Note: The TEV Coordinator and both Department TEV Report Viewer roles will open up an additional field with check boxes for the Courses that are available for that College/Campus Role to view.  Mark all courses that apply for this individual.

Step 7 - Add comments in the Additional Details box (required).

Step 8 - The request will be sent to the proper person in your college (TEV Liaison) for approval. When they approve, it will come to Application Administrators, who will add/remove the SEL person.

 

Outcome

You can submit an AMS ticket to request Viewer Access to Department Level Blue Teaching Evaluation (TEV) Reports or to manage Data Integrity Gateway (DIG) liaisons.
