Summary
TeamDynamix will be upgraded to Version 11.10 on Saturday, October 19th, 2024, during the regular maintenance window from midnight to 4:00 a.m.
The TeamDynamix Sandbox is upgraded the night before, October 18th, between 9:00 PM and 4:00 AM. Sandbox will not be refreshed with production data, only upgraded.

AI Enhancements
- AI Ticket Summaries: Generate an AI summary of a ticket's details and recent feed activity by selecting the View Ticket Summary panel at the top of the ticket.
- Not available at go-live date
- AI Ticket Revisions: Use AI to analyze text for grammar, spelling, and conciseness. This is available on every Rich Text editor (comments, updates, etc.)
