For instructors and students (please share).
Modern browsers changed their security setting by default to block 3rd party cookies and content. Please follow all the steps on each link below for your browser to correct the required settings for use with WileyPLUS and Wiley Reader.

  1. Disable/add exceptions to pop-up blockers for wiley.com using wild cards (LMS users should repeat the steps for their LMS domain)
  2. Disable/add exceptions to adblockers and VPN filters for wiley.com using wild cards (LMS users should repeat the steps for their LMS domain)
  3. Enable Third-Party Cookies in Browser (LMS users should repeat the steps for their LMS domain)
  4. Using Firefox? Follow these steps if you are receiving errors. (LMS users should repeat the steps for their LMS domain)
  5. Clearing Cache (This is a great first step to take when you receive an error) 
  6. Session Expired Error? Follow these steps to resolve the issue.

If you use Google Chrome browser, update to version 127, or newer. Otherwise do the following.

  1. Visit chrome://flags/#third-party-storage-partitioning
  2. Disable the "Experimental Third-party Storage Partitioning" flag

After your register in your course. Your eTextbook is also accessible online at Bookshelf - Wiley Reader or you may wish to access it offline via the mobile/tablet apps.

Further with Standalone and Canvas integrated WileyPLUS on mobile/tablet devices the Canvas Student app is recommended.
