Content
Teams Meeting Introductory Details
If you invite a non-USNH employee to a Teams meeting, you must send them a link to the meeting. They will click on the meeting link to access the meeting, and depending on the meeting settings, they will enter the "lobby" or "waiting room", and the meeting organizer will need to let them into the meeting. They will appear as unverified under the Participants list.
Webinar Introductory Details
For webinars, the user should have received a link if they've signed up for the webinar using the registration. They will click on the meeting link to access the meeting, and depending on the meeting settings, they will enter the "lobby" or "waiting room", and the webinar organizers may need to let them into the meeting.
For Both Meetings and Webinars Joining via the Browser
Non-USNH participants may see a pop up asking if they want to Open Microsoft Teams?, they can click Cancel if they do not want to download or open Microsoft Teams.

Non-USNH participants may then see this image when they click on the meeting invite. They can select Continue on this Browser to access the meeting without opening the Teams app.
