Workday: Installing & Configuring the Adaptive Planning OfficeConnect Plug-In (ETS Internal)

Instructions for Desktop Support technicians to assist with installing and configuring the Workday Adaptive Planning OfficeConnect Plug-In.

OfficeConnect is a Workday integration by Adaptive. Individuals are no longer required to request access from Desktop Support for it to appear in Company Portal.

Customers require an Adaptive account to use Office Connect. For now, customers should contact Finance - Budget & Planning to request an Adaptive account. Once they have an account, access is through SSO using USNH credentials.
