How to Leave a Microsoft 365 Group in Outlook

In New Outlook (Desktop or Web)

  1. Open Outlook and go to the Groups section in the left navigation pane.
  2. Select the group you want to leave.
  3. Click on the Group Settings icon or tab.
  4. Choose Leave Group.
  5. Confirm your decision when prompted.
