Checking for Voicemails

Using 2-2467 Line (Right Phone)

1. Pick up the receiver and select the envelope button.
2. Dial in the PIN. 622467 followed by #.
3. Follow the voicemail prompts for reviewing messages.
4. Delete voicemails once you have dealt with them.

Using 2-4211 Line (Left Phone)

1. Pick up the receiver and select the line labeled 2-2467 on the phone
2. Dial 2-4444
3. After voicemail prompt enter 9899#
4. Follow the voicemail prompts for reviewing messages
5. Delete voicemails once you have dealt with them (to delete, press *3)

Transferring a Call

The Transfer feature allows you to transfer a call from your telephone to another extension or outside number, if allowed.

To send the present call to another extension or outside number:

1. Tell current caller that they will be briefly placed on hold while you transfer the call.
2. Press TRNSFR. (You will hear dial tone).
3. Dial the number to which the call is to be transferred. (2-2525 for IT Helpdesk)
4. Press TRNSFR again. Call is sent to the dialed number.
5. Hang up.
