UNH Events Calendar: Managing Events

Summary

Event organizers have the ability to modify event details within the UNH event calendar. The following example describes how to manage events in the UNH Events Calendar.

How-To

Task: To edit event details in the UNH Events Calendar

Login

Step 1 - Go to https://calendar.unh.edu and log in with your UNH/USNH credentials

NOTE: An account is required in order to be able to log in. See Events Calendar: Request an Account in this Knowledge Base.

Step 2 - Click on the drop-down menu (where your name appears) and choose "View My Requests" where you can view your current events listing

Step 3 - Click on the title link of an event to view editing choices

Edit Existing Event

Editing Options

  • To make changes to select fields including dates, times, locations, and event description click in the checkbox next to the event you wish to edit (lower left) and then click on the Edit button above. Changes can now be made to the existing event.
  • To make changes to select fields including contact information, event image, and tags for RSS feeds, click on the Edit Event button (upper right). Changes can now be made to the existing event.
  • Make sure to Save your changes.
  • Make sure to logout when finished.

 

Outcome

Detailed information about an event has been updated.
