Issue:
I just deleted a WebI document that I still need. How can I restore it?.
Resolution:
As long as you deleted the document less than 30 days ago, you can restore it by following these steps:
- Click on the left pane of the "Documents" tab of the BI LaunchPad.
- Click on the Recycle Bin drawer. If you don’t see this, log out and log back in. The Recycle Bin gets added once you have deleted documents.
- Select the documents you want to restore, right-click and choose "Restore"
- The documents will be restored to their original folders.
Note: After 30 days, the document can no longer be restored.
