This form is for the sole use of Paul College faculty to submit and track progress to completion event coordination needs (on campus events, off campus events, student org events, student org travel, course events, etc.) that require administrator involvement. *This form requires the requestor to know the FUNDING SOURCE for expenses relating to the event. Using this form for a request outside the scope of this form may result in delayed response and/or resolution for your request! IF THIS IS A SIGNATURE EVENT, PLEASE MARK THAT IN THE FORM to designate need to bring in Paul College Event Coordinator.
EVENT COORDINATION NEEDS Include:
- Class/Course related events needing space to be booked, supplies/resources to be ordered, services to be contracted, etc.
- On-Campus events requiring space, supplies, parking, catering, other services
- Off-Campus events requiring space, supplies, transportation, other logistical support
- Student Org event assistance (on- or off-campus coordination needs, student travel, etc.
- Dept level small-scale events (visiting scholars, guest speakers, workshops, roundtables, etc.)
