Task: To add your USNH email account to your Outlook application.
Instructions
Step 1 - Download and open the Outlook for Android application. The Outlook application is available for free from the Google Play Store
Step 2 - Tap Get Started if it's your first time. Otherwise, open the Menu and tap Settings.
Step 3 - Tap Add Account > Add Email Account.
Step 4 - For your email address, enter your username@usnh.edu (fully qualified username, example: jbd2519@usnh.edu) and tap Continue.
Step 5 - You will be passed over to the University System of New Hampshire password page. Enter your Password and tap Submit.
Step 6 - If MFA is requested, verify yourself using the method you set up.
Step 7 - Tap Activate. Outlook may also request permission to access your calendar, contacts, etc. Tap Yes or Allow.
Outcome
Your USNH email account displays in your Outlook application. It may take a few minutes for your email to sync to the Outlook app on your mobile device. This is expected behaviour. You can now send and receive email, and create and accept calendar invitations all in one convenient Outlook app.
