Background

The Financial Aid offices across the USNH Campuses have contracted with Dynamic Forms from NextGen Web Solutions as a method for students and families to submit documents (such as tax forms) securely instead of sending them through email. 

• This contract runs as Software as a Service (SaaS) and at the moment there is no service owner within IT. This service is owned by the campus Financial Aid offices (per Grace Costa, May 2024).
• This contract is a site license, so other offices may use this service as well. 
• Users may request access to Dynamic Forms through their campus Financial Aid office.
• Tickets should be coded with Service: Business Applications Support.
• Escalation path: Campus Financial Aid office first.  If there seems to be an integration issue between Dynamic Forms and Banner, then escalate to the ET&S - Business Applications and Integration (BAAI) group in TDx.

How to Find / Identify these forms

If someone is already logged into one of these forms, you can recognize it because the URL begins:  dynamicforms.ngwebsolutions.com .  This is very different from Webcat or the other campus Student Information System (SIS) self-service portal URLs.

Campus Financial Aid Form pages

• UNH Financial Aid Forms: https://www.unh.edu/financialaid/forms-worksheets - scroll down to bars at the bottom for Student Forms, Parent Forms, or Dynamic Forms Information.
• CPS Financial Aid Forms: https://cps.unh.edu/online/tuition-aid - scroll down to the "Learn more" buttons at the bottom. 
  • Click "Financial Aid Forms" button - all the bullets under For Students go to the Dynamic Forms SSO login page for CPS students. 
  • This is where students with UNHG Role should go.

Login Help

• NextGen Dynamic Forms Admin Portal - for the few staff who administer the NextGen Dynamic Forms for each campus
  • Admin Portal uses SSO

  • Campus FInancial Aid offices grant access - people need to ask there if they need access.
     
• UNH / CPS (UNHG) Students - use their usual UNH credentials to access the forms
  1. Go to https://www.unh.edu/financialaid/forms-worksheets (UNH) or https://cps.unh.edu/online/tuition-aid/financial-aid-resources/financial-aid-forms (CPS)
  2. Expand the "Student Forms" section (UNH) or "For Students" (CPS) and choose the desired form
  3. Log in with Single Sign On.  The label at the top of the login page says "UNH NextGen"
  4. If there are problems, confirm password and try again
      
• UNH Parents have to create their own NextGen login, which is different from their UNH Parent Portal login.
  1. Go to https://www.unh.edu/financialaid/forms-worksheets
  2. Select the "Dynamic Forms Information" bar
  3. In the "Creating a NextGen Account" segment there is a link labeled "How to create your account"
  4. This link opens a PDF; In the PDF under "step one" there is the following text: "https://dynamicforms.ngwebsolutions.com" while it looks like it is just bold text, it is actually an active link
  5. After selecting the link, the parent should be able to follow the PDF instructions to complete the setup
      
• If a UNH parent has trouble logging in and think that they already have an account, have them do the following
  1. Go to https://www.unh.edu/financialaid/forms-worksheets
  2. Scroll down and click on Parent Forms
  3. Follow the desired link.  If it prompts for Login, use the appropriate link below the Login button for Create New Account or Forgot Your Password?  See sample screen shot below
